This Vaygr Commander is a commander of the Vaygr fleet in the Nimbus Galaxy, and help Makaan's son Jochik Kaan locate something in Star Totek.
He then helped Jochlik to get a rare object the Tanoch called the Baetyl at the Tlapallan Academy in Tochteop, north of Tanoch space, after starting multiple raids between the Chicuat and Tecuban people.
