Toci Citalicue is a leader of the Chicuat people who once's were rulers of Tanochet the Homeworld of the Tanoch Empire

History

She first asks Joanna Naabal and the Hiigaran Navy in the Nimbus Galaxy to help her in a troubled time between the Chicuat and the Tecuban people

Then she and the rest of her people restores critical machinery practically to gas collected by Hiigarans to help restore their industries. Later on it is then revealed that her people has suffered lots of raids of infrastructure and trying to destabilize it entirely

She also accepts help from Ekekko and after a raid of Tanoch ships, she is surprised that the raids belong to the Tecuban, because they had never been this desperate.

With Joanna's help she meets Tepin Papan of the Tecuban people and is shocked that the Hiigarans knows him and relieve that she has his assistance in the matter.

After a few attacks from a few criminals networks, she implores the Hiigarans to find Heyoka inside Acatia inside Chicuat borders. When there after a raid of Pahra's Rock but with Tanoch ships, she learns that the Vaygr are behind the recent raids and is allying with the Tecuban people

Eventually after gaining trust from the locals they discover where the Vaygr is located next to a Progenitor relic and there learns that Jochik Kaan is aiding the Tecuban people against her people . Then her allies cannot do anything afterwards, she is now on her own with only the Hiigarans and Iyatequa as her only allies
