With regards to the Trivia section I disagree; what Makaan doing makes perfect sense when you realize he expected the Higaarans to succeed in saving one of the three sections. This is a delaying and harassment tactic. By forcing the Higaarans to launch an all-out attack against powerful forces to save the gate, they will be damaged and weakened when they actually travel through and start mission 14.
What if the Higaarans had failed and Sajuuk had been put out of Makaan's reach?
Makaan believes he is prescient and has foreseen these events; Higaaran failure in episode 13 that would mean his foresight was wrong, and he was not the Sajuuk-Khar. He will never accept this possibility, and so would immediately dismiss it from his mind. —This unsigned comment was made by Bpendell (talk • contribs) .
- The trivia is written from the point of view of the mission objectives and the initial cutscene that is shown to the player: he wants the Hiigarans' core but does not appear to have taken into consideration a situation whereby all generators were destroyed, which negates his plan. Maybe he does expect the Hiigarans to succeed, but thats not made clear in any of the dialogue or the overarching story. In the main though, the trivia point is fine as its useful information to readers.
- Also as a note, talkpages are mostly just for discussing changes to pages, rather than discussing the contents of the pages like a forum. You'd be better off discussing such specifics on somewhere like /r/homeworld where the fans are more likely to get involved in such lore-specific discussions. --Sajuuk 13:27, 23 November 2025 (UTC)
