An efficient anti-large opponent Frigate.
Strong vs. large, slow-moving opponents.
Weak vs. Strikecraft, longe-range and single-target, damage-based opponents.
The "Fracture"-class Beam Frigates seem to reflect two aspects of Incarnate combat philosophy: the first being the almost casual deployment of high-tech weapon systems, and the second a tendency to design to intended mission, even to the detriment of the platform. The Fracture exists to bring down other Frigates. Full stop.

Analysis[]
The Incarnate counterpart to the Hiigaran Ion Cannon Frigate, the Fracture is slightly slower but does slightly more damage. It IS able to hit Strike Craft at long range, but if they get close it will suffer.
In the War Games, you'll be able to capture a lot of these which will be absolutely critical; you will desperately need their anti-capital firepower against the Destroyers, Battlecruisers and possibly even the Titanship that you're likely to meet. For artifacts, the Fire Support Pattern has proven much more effective than Dervish, turning them into highly effective long-range snipers.
