The Khar-Kaalad is a Tier 1 Carrier later a Tier 4 ship that was owned by Vice Admiral Vashti Soban which was part of the Task Force Ararat group.
After the attack and defend of Wiracoda Gate, Vice Admiral Vashti equipped it with a EMP weapon designed to disrupt Keepers. This was tested out at Hataldan
