The twisted, repurposed Progenitor technology lies before the Fleet. This weapon must be destroyed, at all costs.
The Khar-Kushan and the Khar-Sajuuk have arrived at the Incarnate Queen's Gateship to destroy it.
Overview[]
The final mission, Karan must insert the three Progenitor Cores into the Gateship at key points to overload and destroy it.

Strategy[]
The Gateship is one massive, fairly rectangular structure and you start at the bow of it. There are 3 Control Spires, each of which controls access to a docking port where a Progenitor Core can be inserted. You need to capture each spire and get the Khar-Sajuuk close to each linked dock to insert a Core. As the Incarnate Queen realizes what you are doing she will send more and more forces against you.
There are a large number of forces already spread out through the area. There are also no fewer than 8 Production Bays, with 4 in a square pattern on each half of the Gateship. Turrets of both types are also in significant numbers throughout the structure. When one Core has been docked with the Gateship, the Incarnate Queen will launch a heavily enhanced Titanship.
As long as none of the Cores are docked the Incarnate forces do not attack very heavily; it is recommended to spend the start of the mission clearing out enemy forces and disabling all of the Production Bays first. The Fusion Missile of the Khar-Kushan can be quite useful for this as the explosive stockpiles are permanently revealed, however note that various protrusions and sections of plating may block a Missile from hitting a stockpile; it is recommended to move your forces "up" somewhat to give clearer trajectories for your missiles. Also note that you may need to clear some turrets first, as those are capable of shooting down Fusion Missiles.
When the Titanship appears it will initially attack, but once it is reduced to 75% health it will warp away and appear elsewhere further away on the map surrounded by 5 Resource Controllers and 4 Destroyers, and will be repaired. Firing on it will just have it warp out again, and any of this repair escort that was destroyed will be fully restored when it does one of these warps. Once it has been repaired it will warp back in close to your forces and attack again.
Once 2 cores have been deposited, the Titanship will warp directly on top of the third core bay and will warp away at 50% health, and it will focus its attacks including a powerful long-range beam on one of your two Motherships. Once the third core is deposited, the Titanship warps back in with a couple of Battlecruisers and will no longer warp away, allowing you to destroy it.
