Facility 315 is the last waystation before the vast Kalan Wastes. A Mothership Production Facility module is to be retrieved and installed.
At the Storage Facility 315, the Khar-Kushan will need to collect and install its Production Module to allow for more advanced combat operations.
Overview[]
Imogen must now establish a scouting perimeter around the storage facility, then move the Khar-Kushan into position to collect the Production Module.
Research[]
- Probes - unlocks Probe Production
- Recon Fighter Overburn Research - unlocks Overburn speed burst ability for Recons.
- Interceptors - unlocks Interceptor Production
- Interceptor Overcharge Research - unlocks the Overcharge ability for Interceptors to increase their damage output temporarily
Strategy[]
Still a tutorial mission, build the 3 probes as requested and also harvest all of the resources in the area. Don't start using Recons to scout the facility until you have taken all of the RUs, and ideally built up your max capacity of Resource Controllers.
Once the Mothership moves into position close to the facility and the Production Module is launched, small waves of Pursuit Fighters will appear and start attacking. Build more Recon ships to deal with them, but they are not a serious threat.
Once the Production Module docks the enemy ship attacks will get stronger, and you will unlock the research needed to produce Interceptors, which are a far more effective strike craft for combat than the Recons.
Once all of the initial Pursuit Fighters have been defeated, a Command Carrier will appear. Destroy it.
