A legend is found. The Khar-Sajuuk is embedded in the ice, however the fleet is exposed to hostile detection.

The Khar-Kushan has managed to find the Khar-Sajuuk, and must free it from the ice.

Overview[]

Protect the Khar-Sajuuk from attack while you get a team on board to reactivate it.

Research[]

  • Mothership Fusion Missile Research - Grants an active ability to the Mothership that launches a powerful cruise missile at a target at very long range
  • Battlecruisers - unlocks production of Battlecruisers

Strategy[]

The Mothership starts off next to an ice cliff which the Khar-Sajuuk is imbedded into. Quite a few resource pockets are nearby so get your Resource Controllers harvesting as soon as you start. You start out tasked with sending Recons to scout multiple key points in the area for hostile ships, and sending a Resource Controller close to the Khar-Sajuuk to board it.

Whether or not you scout the designated areas with Recons, two Carrier groups will arrive after some time and begin sending forces at the Khar-Sajuuk. Protect it from damage and destroy the Carrier groups.

Do not immediately send a Resource Controller to the Khar-Sajuuk at the start. You can destroy both initial Carrier groups and completely empty the area of resources without triggering the final combat wave.

Once the initial two Carrier groups are destroyed and a Resource Controller is docked with the Khar-Sajuuk, two Battlecruiser groups warp in and start launching attack waves. The Battlecruisers will also start periodically launching their own Fusion Missiles at your forces. The missiles can be targeted and destroyed by weapons fire.

Once the two battlecruiser groups are destroyed, the mission ends.
