Fleet Command is a person responsible for commanding the fleet of a government or kiith.
Throughout the Homeworld series, there have only been a few people indicated to be Fleet Command:
- Karan S'jet, the neuroscientist who led the Kushan home to Hiigara. She would later become Fleet Command during the Vaygr War.
- An unnamed male individual led the Kuun-Lan and acted as Fleet Command during the events of Homeworld: Cataclysm.
- Makaan, the Vaygr Warrior Lord who rose to power and began the events of the End Time.
- Bentus, the de facto Fleet Command for the Bentusi fleets.
- An unnamed individual lead the Hiigaran's to the Nimbus Galaxy and has laid claim to an uncontested region of space in the southwestern quadrant of the galaxy known the Empty Quarter and has begun to setup colonies there. It is represented in Homeworld Mobile as a Hiigaran Emblem.
- Tyrra Soban, the fleet command who leads the Kushan under the guidance of Karan S'jet to defend Hiigara and their Hyperspace Core against the Radaa during the events of Homeworld: Vast Reaches
