The Destroyer is a Capital Ship that was used by the Hiigarans during the Age of S'jet.

Tier 2[]
Valiant C class - Destroyer-type capital ship, equipped with three capital mass driver turret and torpedo launch tubes. Has a lot of hull and armor, but lacks in damage output. Needs two escort slots. Based on the original wartime Valiant class.
Tier 3[]
Stalwart class - Destroyer-type capital ship, equipped with four capital mass driver turret and torpedo launch tubes. Has a lot of hull and armor, but lacks in damage output. Needs two escort slots. Based on the original wartime Valiant class.
Overview[]
Since the Vaygr War, the Hiigaran Destroyer has been used for anti-Frigate combat. The three Hiigaran Destroyer variants in the Nimbus Galaxy have different weapons to make them better suited against the enemies of this galaxy. The Three Variants are the following:
T1 HIIGARAN DESTROYER: The design itself differs from the classic Homeworld Destroyer, because the Hull layout was originally designed for lighter armament. Unlike its predecessor, the Tier 1 variant has three medium caliber Kinetic Turrets and no Torpedo Launchers. The armor is lighter but the ship overall is more agile, and plays a significant role in formations against larger Frigate fleets.
T2 HIIGARAN DESTROYER: The design for this “new old” ship is an alternative version of the original Navy Destroyer from the Vaygr War. To better adapt to the conditions in the Nimbus Galaxy, it features three Kinetic Dual Barrel Guns and two Torpedo Launchers. The ship is well armored and has enough firepower to take on a small group of Frigates by itself.
T3 HIIGARAN DESTROYER: The improved design and advanced supply technologies made it possible to equip the ship with four Kinetic Double Barrel guns and 4 Torpedo Launchers, making it one of the most serious opponents on the battlefield.
