He is the commanding officer of the Ifriit Naabal carrier and is a member of Kiith Naabal who was in charge of Operation Skaal Brii.
Personal History[]
Commander Deckard is a 62 year old solid, experienced officer, just the kind we need at the helm of this mission. He will not be rushed to a decision but can move quickly when he needs to. He has years of experience running a crawler in the high desert doing search-and-rescue work as well as engaging small desert raider forces before they could do any real damage to outlying settlements. This selection committee agrees that he will function at his peak on this mission when positioned with a relatively aggressive second.
Deckard commanded the Ifriit Naabal during their ill-fated mision on 1106 KDS. His final destiny is unknown, but after the Carrier became trapped at Hell's Gate by a sand avalanche, if he wasn't killed by the attacking Kiith Gaalsien forces which arrived shortly, must have been captured by the gaalsiens.
Four years later, the Coalition's next expedition, Operation Khadiim, found the Ifriit Naabal wreck and ultimately uncovered Deckard's first officer, Jacob S'jet's destiny, but didn't find nothing about Deckard.
