Emperor Cazoma, also known as the One Who Speaks, is the current Emperor of the Tanoch. He appears in Homeworld Mobile.

Background[]

Cazoma's background is unknown, but it is said that the Tanoch Emperors are descended from their god Xajaak. He is deeply interested in getting to know more about the Hiigarans who recently arrived in the Nimbus Galaxy, especially since they are the second race to call the ones the Tanoch know as "Makers" by the name of "Progenitors".

When a Hiigaran delegation of the player's fleet meets with Cazoma on Tanoch in the Palace of the Elder Sun, the Emperor is in the company of someone who he introduces as a friend and fellow galactic traveler, a revelation which greatly shocks the Hiigarans.
