Technical Manual Description[]
Raider Battlegroups are often led by command carriers with limited construction abilities. The Cataclysm class command carrier seems to be based on the old Taiidani Saarkin Cho hull and upgraded to the point it is at least functional in a modern combat area. Often these carriers are owned and operated by War Tribes for generations. They are handed down from the War Leader to their most promising or beloved offspring. Needless to say, unpopular choices result in death duels between eligible descendants.[1]

Analysis[]
The Carrier was a common support and production vessel used by the Kalan Raiders during the Great Network of Hyperspace Gates. They are located in the Kesura Oasis where they assisted the Kalan Raiders in destroying the Gate and the surrounding areas.
Like all Kalan Raider technology, they are woefully obsolete. Compared to the current generation Hiigaran Carrier, the Kalan one is just slightly faster but has weaker sensors, weaker weapons and a weaker hull.
Trivia[]
The Raider carrier uses the original model of the Hiigaran carrier, but with a vastly different paintjob.
